How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free within Australia on orders over $30.
Express shipping is available within Australia for a flat rate of $15.
We also offer international shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order be processed?
Orders will be processed during business hours (Monday – Friday). Orders received out of business hours will be processed the following working day. During sale period shipping times will be impacted. Your order should be shipped within 3 business days of your order, express post orders will still be picked within 1 business day.
Return & Refund Policy
Return policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened or used.
If the product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging, we can offer a refund.
Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
